Acoustics modular system

Complex system that consists from acoustic self-supporting sandwich panels.

Shape

Coffers that make steel sheet, anti-vibrating foil, acoustic absorbing filler with cover material (for fibreglass fillers), perforated sheet. Panel thickness and composition must be made individually according to noise level and frequency spectrum for particular noise source.

Always adapted to panel application, thickness – see above.

Acoustics

Air soundproof index of panels SON 100 is R_w = 45 dB.

Application

Single elements can form:

• covers and hoods for machines of various size with or without operation
• cabins and control rooms for noise operations
• stabile and portable shields for interior and exterior (e.g. acoustic screens for roof climate units)
• building acoustic elements to increase the air soundproof index

Installation

Panels are screwed or inserted into the simple construction according to its dimensions. Contact surfaces are sealed with seal rails (according the installation instructions or installation is made by SONING Praha, a.s.).

Maintenance

No special requirements.

Accessories

Optionally e.g. opening or sliding door, windws, lighting, fitting valves, VZT dampers, fans, climate-units, etc.
